1. Prices
All prices in IndustrialNet.si are nominated in EUR and include 20% VAT

2. Minimum purchase order
IndustrialNet.si is a discount web shop - minimum purchase order is 1000, 00 EUR

3. Discount
Discounts on purchase volume are following

Purchase volume - Discount:
From 1000 EUR to 1999 EUR - 3%
From 2000 EUR to 2499 EUR - 5%
From 2500 EUR to 2999 EUR - 7%
From 3000 EUR to 4999 EUR - 12%
From 5000 EUR to 9999 EUR - 18%
Over 10000 EUR - 22%

4. VAT – TAX exemption
For business customers with a valid EU VAT number, VAT exemption is applicable in Checkout. For non-EU customers VAT will not be applied on order at the checkout

5. Delivery
For all products on stock in distribution centre in Ljubljana delivery time via express courier is 2-3 days, for products not in stock delivery time is up to 30 days from confirmation of the order

6. Delivery cost
Delivery for all shipments in EU is 25, 00 EUR (excl. VAT) per shipment. Delivery for non-EU European countries is 37, 50 per shipment. Delivery costs for non-European countries are evident under shipping charges on the page of each individual product. Shipping charges are understood per shipment.

7. Payment methods

  • Bank Transfer - pre-payment per Bank transfer
  • Pay On Invoice - up to 30 days (a bank guarantee or a letter of credit)
    On the checkout page you can choose the suitable payment


8. Secure order processing
The check-out and order process for "IndustrialNet.si" is protected by Globe Charge.
All your personal and payment data is entered on secure pages and transferred using high grade SSL encryption to protect your data from being intercepted during the transfer on the Internet. As soon as your payment for this order has been approved, your payment details will automatically be deleted from our secure servers.

9. Warranty
Most equipment provided by IndustrialNet.si, has a minimum 12 months warranty supplied by the manufacturer.
Customer must notify IndustrialNet.si within 30 days from date of shipment of any defective product. If your product fails after 30 days of delivery, please contact the manufacturer RMA directly or you can also contact us for assistance.
Shipping charges for all equipment returned under this Limited Warranty, are to be prepaid by the Customer. This warranty is limited to the original purchaser. No warranty will apply if the Product has been subject to misuse, neglect, accident or modification, or has been soldered or altered in any way.
IndustrialNet.si will not be responsible for any damages derived from usage of equipment outside of the parameters of usage obtained by the manufacturer, normal usage and configuration parameters.

10. Returns
To start a return, e-mail us to podpora@laninwan.si with your order number, model number, and serial number. Please be as detailed as possible about the reason for return. After receiving your e-mail we will verify your order and respond with the necessary information to send the product(s) back to our distribution centre. If your return is approved please ship the item back to us double boxed with the product return authorization number clearly marked on the outside of the shipping container.
Returns that are not double-boxed with the return authorization number clearly marked on the outside of the shipping container will be automatically returned to sender at the sender’s expense.

a) Returns of Defective Products:

  • Defective products may be returned within 30 days from the date of shipment.
  • The defect must be analysed by our engineers or by the manufacturer before a refund or exchange is provided.
  • Products found to have a manufacturer defect will be refunded 100% of the purchase price or replaced with the same model.
  • Force Majeure: Damage from lightning, flood, fire, electrical, water and other "acts of god" are not considered defects.
  • Shipping charges are not refunded.
  • We do not pay for you to ship the product back to us; however we do pay for shipping a replacement product to you.
  • If your product fails after 30 days of delivery, please contact the manufacturer directly or contact us for assistance. Most products include a 1 year or longer manufacturer warranty.


b) Returns of Non-Defective Products:

  • Non defective products may be returned within 30 days from the date of shipment.
  • Returns of non defective product will be charged a 15% restocking fee if the product is returned in 'new in box' condition.
  • Please return the product with the manufacturers packaging and accessories in good condition. If the product is returned with missing or damaged packaging or accessories an additional 25% surcharge may be assessed.
  • Shipping charges are not refunded.


c) Non-Returnable Products:
Products are not returnable under this circumstances:

  • Products that are damaged, defaced, are missing parts or are otherwise not able to be refurbished. (This applies to return of non-defective products)
  • Products that are unusable because of software or firmware upgrades or because they have been password protected.
  • Software products, licenses and license keys.
  • Force Majeure: Products damaged from lightning, flood, fire, electrical, water and other "acts of god" are not returnable.
  • Special order items. The customer will be informed before purchase if it is a special order item and will receive written notice before the order is processed.
  • Products that are not returned within 30 days of delivery.
